The scope of work included in the following:

Fabrication, delivery and erection of the steel structure of the main part of the building, painted with epoxy-polyurethane paints, winter garden; support structure painted with fireproofing paint to R 30, other structures, hot-dip galvanised, and erection of the remaining steel structures, e.g. office building, entry portal, advertising pylon.  The steel structure was hot-dip galvanised or painted with epoxy-polyurethane paints.
